We ordered a bed and a sofa to be delivered in ten days, we thought we would be able to decide on the delivery times... I mean from 8 in the morning till 8 at night is quite a big time frame, especially when we are both working.
When I called Leen Bakker, the lady on the phone was your typical snotty Dutch service person. Not at all helpful, telling me (I am five months pregnant) that I should go to the shop and get it there... Will she help me pick up the packages and bring them home?
I then called Post NL, I was told that since Leen Bakker haven't placed the information of the parcel online, she cannot give me the times of delivery. I asked her, don't you think it is a bit irrational that I paid 50 euros extra so that it can be delivered to my home and I can't decide on the delivery times? She gave me the standard... This is how it is, miss... Why should I give my money to companies that don't give a shit about their customers?
Going to cancel my order and find a more deserving place to spend my money
